The pitiful state of humanity T.O.D.A.Y...

Ok since this is my first blog post I figured that I could either get here with a limo on a red carpet with cameras all around me & people screaming out my name or simply rock up with a tiger tank fitted with stealth mode, anti-gravitational inertia cancelling propulsion systems & heat seeking missiles; I think we both know which direction I decided to take...

So now let’s get on with the title. Firstly let me start off by saying that I love all people, all things and this entire universe because I feel that it’s such a gift to be here. Like each one of us are here! We are living, breathing, moving “thingy-mabobs” all affecting and interacting with each other on a daily basis in this huge thing we call a universe. I mean the sheer thought of it all blows my mind and leaves me with an indescribable exuberance. And it is all for this reason that I decided to write this. Some will agree or disagree, but things I write or do are never gonna make people feel indifferent, no, I want you to react! Anyway!

So the year is now 2014, and it’s kind of hard to imagine that we’ve had 2014 of these silly time variables we call years. We’ve went through sooo much as a species and all those movements in time have gotten us to where we are now. The question however is; are we proud of ourselves? Would we go back in time and tell the people to be excited as to where they are going? My answer is no.

We live in a time where the state of the human spirit or soul has been tarnished and it seems that the human race is more lost as its ever been. We’ve made life an equation and as a result, have stopped appreciating the beautiful givens in life in pursuit of the artificial solvables that are all based on subjectivity more than anything. We don’t know history as we should and therefore don’t even know how we got to being where we are today. We are such an unhappy population even with all the abundance we’ve somehow managed to create. People have somehow seen a duped positive correlation between stuff we own and happiness. We don’t know what we want and somehow believe that someone else knows what we want so we blindly gravitate towards the so many ideas for “happiness” only to get there and realize that it was all bullshit. I mean I’ve always been curious about life and as a result really embraced philosophy, science and history (the real history) and what mostly puzzled me was how every single species on this planet just knows what to do, how to do it and when to do it. Like they just know! No school, no church, no nothing! So I began to really be more aware of my surroundings and really train my senses to actually switch back [on]. I saw that our mind runs our lives with a number of programs daily. So much that everything around us becomes wallpaper in that we don’t notice the very life in and around us because we are so focused on moving forward. I saw that there’s a difference between noticing something and actually feeling it. We notice that there’s wind, that it’s cold or hot and simply react towards it but never get around to actually feeling it. This all led me to one shocking conclusion; WE ARE THE ONLY SPECIES ON EARTH THAT ACTUALLY DON'T KNOW WHAT THE FUCK WE ARE OR WHAT WE ARE DOING HERE! And we’ve somehow built up the arrogance to call every other creature animals, yet we are the ones that are disconnected from it all. We are people but not human beings; we’ve forgotten what makes us humans all because we’ve trying sooo hard to be an accepted people in someone’s idea of society.

I then kept asking myself what human beings actually are because I’d really like to be a modern one if I still had the chance.  This meant I had to go back in time and actually understand what the core essence of our being is comprised of and what has created the disparity between what we were created to be and what we are right now because that should explain a lot. So I started watching animals around me just to see what exactly they did that made them so connected to the single consciousness that runs the universe. My findings were rather shocking:

11.      Animals are not distracted by anything & spend a lot of time alone. Sure some animals roll in packs but they really aren’t doing anything else but being themselves all the time. Our lives are so controlled by society (the matrix) that we hardly ever spend time alone. Between work, sleep, eating, friends and TV, we never ever set aside time to ourselves to just be alone in silence and connect. Some would call it meditation but I think the word does the act such an injustice.
22.       I saw from all animals in the world that human beings are the only species that can actually help other species. If an animal is trapped somewhere, no other animal can find it within themselves to simply go and help it out. There’s that “I need to do go help that animal” feeling that resides within us. This means we were put here to restore balance and help the eco system as best as we could. But what has happened is that society has pushed self interest and greed into it all and we’re really doing the very opposite.
33.       Human beings are the only species that can have their entire programming altered because we were designed to adapt to our surroundings. A lion will be a lion regardless of where it is placed, whereas a human being will learn the language, mimic the accent and adapt to the forms of locomotion that will best allow it to achieve that which it wants.
44.       Human beings have a deep need for communication and interaction which is why we form relationships as we do. Like have you ever sat and imaged the fact that there is someone out there that has the power to alter your entire reality if they only knew about it.
55.       Human beings are problem solving machines! Have you ever just looked around you and just thought that everything around was someone’s idea for improvement? Your whole entire reality is built upon ideas or problems that were solved. The universe is built on layers upon layers of ideas all from built from the basics of the quantum world dictated by quantum physics that programs things like gravity and planetary alignment in huge harmony.

These are all the significant points that I found and it led be to see that some people have found ways to distort that which we are so much that we’ve honestly been made forget who we are. We are one race, one resounding consciousness that can connect in ways we never knew if we just gave each other the chance, but I’m not here to talk about how it could be because it won’t happen. I’m more of an observer now and see and talk about things as they are. Human beings are now controlled by a society that creates conformity and breeds a low self esteem more than anything. We’ve been told what to be, how to be it and when to be it. Not knowing that whenever something inside us repels the program, that’s our humanity trying to fight back. We are given dreams and ideas that require a conviction and dedication but yet live in a world that ridicules us for trying to execute them. I’ve concluded that we shouldn’t try to be different, we are already different so it becomes a mission of claiming and projecting your identity to the world because if you don’t tell the world who you are, it’ll tell you who to be and you’ll sadly be it. I’m an entrepreneur now not because it is some new amazingly cool thing, but it is a connection to that which I was created to be and I let it shine, even though society attacked me for it. Happiness isn’t the stuff or formulae we apply to life, but more the proclamation of who we are and walking in who you were created to be. You being here was never a mistake, and you being alive now is the most important thing to the universe because you are what the universe is currently doing in the space you occupy daily.

The time of being afraid of whom you are is done. It is a prerequisite that you be that which your heart desires you to be regardless of what society says. They will call you arrogant or egotistical but those are pre-requisites for happiness and tapping into your humanity. You have to spend time with yourself with no distractions to be able to listen to yourself. Life is way too beautiful and short for you not to express what you have inside of you because everything we have inside of us is one piece to the bigger puzzle. We are now on a destructive path and are destroying ourselves because a few un-enlightened people make decisions for the majority and then we wonder why we are where we are now. The Idea of “Countries” has made places that are on the same planet seem totally different even though every other country is basically all our back or front yards. The battle is for your mind and the only person who can do anything about it is you. I am a human being and love the fact that I can say that now. It really doesn’t matter to me what people say about me because this is who I am and will be this way till the end of it all and till I’m on my next adventure. To conclude I will say, awaken who you are and say to yourself “Rather we live!”...

I’ll leave you with an article entitled “6 harsh truths that will make you a better person”, a video by Dr. Alan Watts and words from the late great George Carlin regarding the paradox of our time:  *Gets out of my cool Tiger tank fitted with stealth mode, anti-gravitational inertia cancelling propulsion systems & heat seeking missiles* woooo!!

A Message by George Carlin:

The paradox of our time in history is that we have taller buildings but shorter
tempers, wider Freeways, but narrower viewpoints.

We spend more, but have less; we buy more, but enjoy less.

We have bigger houses and smaller families, more conveniences, but less time.

We have more degrees but less sense, more knowledge, but less judgment, more
experts, yet more problems, more medicine, but less wellness.

We drink too much, smoke too much, spend too recklessly, laugh too little, drive
too fast, get too angry, stay up too late, get up too tired, read too little, watch TV
too much, and pray too seldom.

We have multiplied our possessions, but reduced our values. We talk too much,
love too seldom, and hate too often.

We've learned how to make a living, but not a life. We've added years to life not
life to years.

We've been all the way to the moon and back, but have trouble crossing the street
to meet a new neighbor.

We conquered outer space but not inner space.

We've done larger things, but not better things.

We've cleaned up the air, but polluted the soul. We've conquered the atom, but
not our prejudice.

We write more, but learn less.

We plan more, but accomplish less.

We've learned to rush, but not to wait.

We build more computers to hold more information, to produce more copies than
ever, but we communicate less and less.

These are the times of fast foods and slow digestion, big men and small
character, steep profits and shallow relationships.

These are the days of two incomes but more divorce, fancier houses, but broken
homes.

These are days of quick trips, disposable diapers, throwaway morality, one night
stands, overweight bodies, and pills that do everything from cheer, to quiet, to
kill. It is a time when there is much in the showroom window and nothing in the
stockroom.

A time when technology can bring this letter to you, and a time when you can
choose either to share this insight, or to just hit delete...

Remember; spend some time with your loved ones, because they are not going to
be around forever.

Remember, say a kind word to someone who looks up to you in awe, because
that little person soon will grow up and leave your side.

Remember, to give a warm hug to the one next to you, because that is the only
treasure you can give with your heart and it doesn't cost a cent.

Remember, to say, 'I love you' to your partner and your loved ones, but most of
all mean it. A kiss and an embrace will mend hurt when it comes from deep
inside of you.

Remember to hold hands and cherish the moment for someday that person will
not be there again.

Give time to love, give time to speak! And give time to share the
precious thoughts in your mind.

AND ALWAYS REMEMBER:
Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the
moments that take our breath away.
